Huebner Creek Demolition project (LC-17). For the demolition and professional environmental services of one (1) contractor to primarily demolish structures that have been purchased in conjunction with projects associated with the Flood Control Division. The Contractor will also be responsible for removing all asbestos containing material (ACM), Other Hazardous / Household and/or regulated wastes as directed, from County facilities and unsafe structures scheduled for demolition (The structures may be in varying states of degradation with some flood, fire and/or structural damage.) Contractor shall safely and legally manage, remove, and dispose of all Demolition Debris and any Asbestos Containing Material, Hazardous Wastes and household wastes in a facility permitted to accept such waste, generate and maintain manifests, and provide copies of manifests and disposal documentation to the County. The County anticipates entering into a one (1) year contract. This contract is not expected to exceed 50 structures to be identified by the County over the course of one year. Bids due 10/01
