SCOPE OF WORK for the DEMOLITION of these structures: 2.1 All structures are located within the city limits of Beaumont. 2.2 The Contractor shall make every effort possible to secure demolition site in residential neighborhood. 2.3 It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to provide security of any and all equipment or material left on the construction site at any time during this contract. 2.4 The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all utilities are disconnected.
