Demolition of a 7,000 square foot two-story building located at 3000 Shoreline Drive, Austin, Texas 78728, and restoration of the disturbed area. The demolition is the removal of a two story office structure including all vertical and ancillary improvements and disposal of all materials according to all applicable laws and regulations governing such disposal. The slab and associated impervious cover shall remain intact and in place. Contractor shall provide to the District evidence of material disposal in an approved disposal site. The District has terminated all utility services to the building. As determined by an Asbestos Survey Report conducted by Mold Inspection Sciences Texas, Inc. in July 2012, there is evidence of asbestos within the building. The Bid shall include an asbestos abatement plan prepared by a asbestos abatement license holder. Demolition must include proper removal, transport, and disposal of the asbestos contaminated materials in accordance with applicable State and Federal regulations under the direction of a licensed asbestos abatement contractor.
