AUSTIN : Demolition of 10 old dilapidated structures and preparing the site for future development. The Work consists of the demolition of the entire site which includes installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, demolition of ten buildings including foundation (to complete depth till it reaches top of dirt), demolition of pavement (to complete depth till it reaches top of dirt), demolition of all electrical conduits and panels, demolition of power poles and overhead wiring, demolition of all utilities (to be cut, abandoned and capped off at the property line), demolition of underground structures, demolition of chain link fence located inside perimeter fence, and site preparation which includes decompaction of subgrade, addition of fill, addition of top soil, site drainage and rough grading using excavated suitable native fill material and imported fill, seeding, fertilizing, watering for dust control and watering for vegetation.
