Tract 136: 2300 Amy Avenue Remove 1-1/2 story split level frame residence, remove 236 SF frame storage building, all wood privacy fencing and gates, pump, remove and backfill 512 SF in ground pool and remove approx. 770 SF concrete driveway. Note: some concrete walkways and retaining walls behind house to remain. This detail will be discussed on site August 17th. Seed and straw all disturbed work areas.
