The project consists of the following major elements of construction including but not limited: Demolition and rubblization of remaining standing structures, rubblization of remaining materials, site grading, installation of storm drain piping, and additional work at the old Lupton Mill site, 1210 Mercer Street, Chattanooga, TN. Additional work includes, but is not limited to, spreading and compacting rubble in designated locations, perforating existing flooring, perforating existing concrete slabs, full or partial removal of concrete structures, clearing and grubbing of vegetation, and installation of new fencing.
