Alcoa: FORMER ALCOA MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS DEMOLITION. The work of this contract generally consists of the following: Providing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for abatement of asbestos and universal wastes in the two existing buildings, disconnecting utilities from the two existing buildings, and the subsequent demolition of the two existing buildings and disposal of resulting debris, and grading the site as indicated in the construction drawings. No bids will be received or accepted after the above specified time for the opening of Bids. Bids submitted after the designated hour will be deemed invalid and destroyed.
