Dorn VA Medical Center, 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209-1639. The contractor shall provide all tools, labor, materials. Permits, licenses and supervision for demolition and renovation as indicated in drawings and specifications for project 544-317, Nursing Home Care Unit Building 103. Work includes but not limited to general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, elevators, solar energy system alteration, interior demolition, new interior construction, new finishes, carpet, sheet vinyl flooring, solid surface walls and countertops, casework, paint, multi colored coatings, acoustical ceiling, cement fiber board, new exterior construction, storefront windows, hollow metal frames and doors, wood doors, hardware, and necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. There are ten deductive bid alternates as a part of this solicitation for optimal fiscal responsibility.
