STATE OF WORK Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the project Renovate SPD for Infection Control which involves renovation in Building 1 of the existing SPD facility, relocation and renovation of Acquisitions and Material Management(AMMS) and Female Locker Room and relocation of a portion of AMMS and EMS to the warehouse on the first floor located at the VA Medical Center, 50 Irving St., N.W., Washington, D.C. 20422. Contractors proposal shall completely prepare site for building operations, to include general construction, supervision, demolition and removal of existing structures, mechanical and electrical work, tools, equipment, labor, materials, as required by the drawings, specifications and contract documents.
