The successful bidder shall enter into single General Contract with Pennington County once all pre-contract requirements are completed. Project Description: The Pennington County Courthouse Campus Expansion Project is located on Block 99 which is east of the County's Parking Structure. The project involves all of the site work and construction for two new buildings, a 24,000 square foot forensic evidence/energy plant building and a 100,000 square foot administrative office building and the demolition of several one story buildings. The construction of the two new buildings will be phased over time as the new forensic evidence building will need to be completed for the existing evidence relocation, and to free up the site building pad for the new administration building.
