Sully Buttes Secondary School : The Project consists of work on several parts of the Onida School Campus. Demolition work will include razing the original two-story high school building and the original shop area north of the existing gymnasium. A new secondary school addition of approximately 27,000 SF will be constructed north and east of the existing gymnasium and will include classrooms, administration area, vocational-agricultural shop, locker rooms, wrestling room, weight room, restrooms, mechanical space and ancillary support space. A new administration wing of approximately 5,600 square feet will be constructed in the location of the original high school building, connecting the existing elementary school with the gymnasium. A new 3,500 SF bus barn / storage facility will be constructed northeast of the new secondary school; this facility will be a pole-barn building with supplemental heat and electricity. Associated sitework including reconfiguring the service drive, relocating the practice football field, additional parking, and associated site development will be included as well. It is anticipated that work on the bus barn will begin April 14, 2014 for completion by June 13, 2014; the remainder of construction will be phased and is anticipated to begin by June 2, 2014
