Demolish Bldg. 5902 and Bldg. 9021 - The project includes the complete demolition of facilities B9021 and B5902. In addition to the structures above grade being demolished, all footings and foundation walls shall be also be demolished, removed from the site, backfilled and seeded in accordance with this SOW. Demolition work shall be accomplished in such a manner so as not to damage trees or adjacent structures or utilities to remain. The contractor shall take care to protect surrounding landscape. Existing trees will remain unless removal is specified by the task order and shall not be pruned, cut or damaged. Any unauthorized tree damage shall result in equitable adjustment. As-builts of the facilities, if available, are included for bidding purposes. The work consists of furnishing all parts, labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supplies for demolition of buildings B9021 and B5902 located on Ellsworth Air Force Base. Above-grade and below-grade structures associated with the above facilities are to be removed. Asbestos has been found in all of the facilities.
