Abate hazardous materials & demolish the 73-year-old Recreational Gym building. Then construct an approximately 9,000 sq. ft. Early Childhood Center in the same location in the center of the SCSDB campus. Each preschool classroom must contain a full restroom with a sink, toilet & bathtub. The professional may be subject to a performance appraisal at the close of the project. Description of Professional Services Anticipated for Project: Structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, fire protection & architectural disciplines.
