Myrtle Beach: Withers Swash Renovations SCOPE of Work: The project consists of approximately 2750 feet of New Concrete Boardwalk. Demolition of the existing wooden boardwalk and 2 wooden steps. Replace with 6” of concrete and 42” high aluminum black railings. The ends of the Boardwalk the slope of the concrete must meet ADA requirements and all local and State codes. The General Contractor is responsible for visiting the projects site and for measurements and quantities. All work with be coordinated with the City of Myrtle Beach.
