LEXINGTON CO: The Edmund Solid Waste Management Complex Fueling Station Closure, Removal and Installation: The project involves closure and removal of the existing vehicle Fueling Station, and construction of a new Fueling Station at another location at the Lexington County Edmund Landfill located at 498 Landfill Lane, Lexington County South Carolina. The closure and removal of the existing Fueling Station will include but is not limited to: removal of the underground storage tank, fuel dispensing equipment, piping, electrical and instrumentation, demolition of the reinforced concrete tank pad, dispenser island and building base, disposal of the removed tank, equipment and waste, removal of the fuel management and inventory system equipment, and environmental assessment of the area following the removal and demolition activities per South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) requirements. The installation of the new Fueling System will include but is not limited to: providing, installing and testing all equipment, materials and supplies associated with the following: a 15,000 gallon double wall underground storage tank, three (3) diesel dispensers, a Diesel Emission Fluid (DEF) dispensing and storage system, a fuel management system, a fuel system inventory management and leak detection system, a building for housing equipment, materials and supplies, and reinforced concrete pads for the dispenser island, fueling pad, tank excavation cover andbuilding floor. Installation, testing and documentation of the new Fueling System will be completed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and SCDHEC regulations
