Hartsville: Lincoln Village Demolition for S. Hartsville Neighborhood Revitalization CDBG: The scope of work includes: Furnish all labor, materials, services, employee training and testing, permits, insurance (pertaining to asbestos abatement activity), tools and equipment necessary for the safe completion of all work in accordance with all federal, state, local laws and regulations. Work shall include (1) abatement activities defined by SUMMITs Asbestos Project Design and conformance with daily air monitoring requirements including personnel monitoring of employees as regulated by OSHA 1926.1101, (2) demolition of the remainder of the Lincoln Village buildings, (3) site stabilization and Greenspace activities as defined by the City of Hartsville. Knowledge, experience, and skills involving abatement and demolition practices as required by applicable state and federal regulations as well as local codes is required
