Greer: Building Demolition, Greer, South Carolina; The work includes demolition of two connected single-story structures. One structure is a 40,000 square foot metal warehouse building, on a concrete slab, and finished with metal siding and roofing. The other structure is a 45,000 square foot pre-cast concrete building, on a concrete slab with a built-up roof. Demolition will be to the concrete slab for both buildings and will include shut off and capping of any utilities. Asbestos abatement will be required for the concrete building. A pre-demolition evaluation report will be included with the project documents. Bids due 01/13
