Eastover: Old School Demolition. Complete demolition, abatement, disposal, and site clean-up of the former Eastover Elementary School. The 8-acre site contains a ~22,000 sq. ft. dilapidated structure, a collapsed wooden structure, and man-made debris piles. This project is funded in part by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development CDBG Program. The school structure and debris are known to contain asbestos or asbestos-containing material (ACM), and some of the debris piles are known to have lead and petroleum contaminated soil. An underground storage tank (UST) may also be present.
