SCA scope of work to provide dismantling the 484-D Power House at the Savannah River Site - The Scope will include providing the dismantlement services while offsetting cost with Government assets and scrap from the Power House. The 484-D Power House is 243 foot long, 242 foot wide, 105 foot tall structure is comprised of a structural steel frame with a corrugated asbestos roof and corrugated asbestos exterior walls. While the primary scope is the 484-D Power House, twenty-seven additional structures that served as ancillary facilities to the 484-D Power House, along with their assets and scrap, may be included in the final project scope, as follows: 454-D Diesel Tank, 484-2D Coal Handlers Change House, 607-14D Chemical Feed Building, 454-1D Diesel Unloading Facility, 484-4D Powerhouse Maintenance Facility, 607-15D Sanitary Waste Treatment Plant, 480-3D Storage Building, 484-5D Powerhouse Storage Building, 681-5G Pumphouse, 482-2D Electrical Switchgear, 484-9D Fire Deluge System Valve Houses, 683-D Chlorine Unloading and Storage Building, 483-D Water Treatment Building, 484-7D Storage Building, 704-7D Admin/Office Building, 483-2D Softener and Silica Absorber Building, 484-10D Oil Shed Building, 710-16D Storage Building, 483-3D Electrical Control Building, 484-12D Storage Building, 717-3D Storage Building, 483-1D Water Filtration & Treatment Plant, 484-13D Storage Building, 483-7D Chemical Feed Systems, 484-15D Storage Building, 484-1D Trailer Office Unit, 485-D Cooling Tower. Only those firms who have demonstrated safety performance equal to the following standard shall be eligible for award: 3 year average Interstate Experience Modification Rate (EMR of 1.0 or less and a 3 year average Total Recordable Case Rate of 4.3 or less.
