The structure is on a concrete slab foundation. The exterior of the building consists of CMU walls, and the roof is finished sheet metal. The interior of the building materials consist of CMU on concrete slab with wall insulation, vinyl floor tile, ceiling tile, plaster ceilings and some sheetrock walls. There is a free standing shelter and an area of low CMU walls to be demolished along with some asphalt and concrete.
