Richland County School District One: UPGRADES TO MEMORIAL STADIUM. PROJECT LOCATION: 1100 S. Holly Street, Columbia, SC 29205: DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The project is the renovation and construction of a new 5,000 seat stadium and support facilities at the existing Memorial Stadium, located at 1100 S. Holly Street in Columbia, SC. The scope of work consists demolition of existing bleachers and press box, minor renovations for elements including the existing concessions building, installation of new home and visitor concessions and restrooms, new ticket booths, new bleacher provisions and new press box, preparation and utilities for a new sports turf system, fencing and site development. The Owner has previously contracted for the new sports turf system itself, the bleachers, a new scoreboard and sports lighting upgrades. These elements are integrated into the work of the project
