Richland Co: Mobile Home Park Demolition: The County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Demolition-In-Place services of a mobile home park located at 2311 Percival Road, Columbia SC 29223, Northeast Richland County, Tax Map #R19711-06-14 and Tax Map #R19711-06-15. The two parcels are a total of 10.2 acres and contains sixty-four (64) confirmed mobile homes, nine (9) sheds and one commercial building. The entire project – each building, its contents and debris piles on site are deemed asbestos contaminated and asbestos abatement and debris removal services are needed. The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, machinery, labor and supervision. The demolition service shall include excavation of any footing and foundations and removal of all demolition debris from the demolition site. No material of any type will be allowed to remain at this site following the Demo-In-Place Project
