The structure to be removed is the 50'x 20' house at the rear of the property (behind the two-story house that is located on Ashton Street). Some house components have tested "positive" for lead-based paint. The window sashes have tested "positive" for asbestos content. Environmental test results provided upon request.1) Following demolition, the site must be in ready to build condition.
