Bolden Elementary/ Middle School MCAS Beaufort, South Carolina; Qualified federally certified suppliers and trade contractors including Small Business concerns, Small Disadvantaged Business concerns (SDB), Women-Owned Small Business concerns (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone Small Business concerns (HUBZone), Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns (SDVOSB), for construction for all work relating to Bolden Elementary/ Middle School. All small business programs are self-certifying programs with the exception of HUBZone certifications. Small Business Program requirements and definitions may be found in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), part 19. The Project includes site work, site utilities, landscaping, and new construction of an elementary-middle school and demolition of an existing school.
