The Town of Westerly is requesting proposals from demolition companies to demolish a school building/facility located at 93 Tower Street, approximately 41,429 gross square feet on approximately 11 acres with approximately 25,000 sq. ft. of parking lot which was constructed in 1956 and to remove all demolition debris to an appropriate disposal site. The demolition services desired include, but are not limited to, the preparation of reports, project management, and on-site representation during performance of demolition and clean-up, as well as those further described herein.
