Narragansett Bay Commission: Fields Point WWTF Land Acquisition/Site Demolition The work generally consists of the demolition of two adjoining structures (approximately 35,000 sqft total), including asbestos abatement, located at 140 Terminal Road in Providence, RI as indicated in the Contract Documents. The site is presently being used by the City of Providence as a waste transfer station and shall remain in operation for the duration of this demolition project. Each Bidder shall agree to fully complete the Project, including all punch list items, within 90 consecutive calendar days from the date stipulated in the Notice-to-Proceed to commence "Work Bids due 10/12
