Pawtucket Redevelopment Agency: Demolition 258 Pine Street Mill. The Pawtucket Redevelopment Agency is seeking proposals from qualified construction firms to demolish a mill building located in the City of Pawtucket, RI. In or about October 2018, a portion of the facility at the site was damaged by a fire. A portion of the building along Pine Street was heavily damaged by fire. Portions of the fire damaged building were demolished and left in place on the site. The site was condemned by the City and is currently fenced off and boarded up to limit access.
