The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all certifications and permits necessary for completion of the project from the appropriate regulatory agencies. The Town will be providing RIDOH approved plans permit for Asbestos Abatement including all associated fee. Contractor will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring utility disconnects and Cap Safe where required. Town owns water and will disconnect these services. Town will be responsible for disconnect, remove, relocate and reconnect existing electrical meter. Town will be responsible for disconnect and removal of existing Fire Alarm. Abatement Contractor to provide all required protection for hazard material removal. Abatement Contractor to remove and dispose all hazard materials per attached approved abatement plans and recommendations. Contractor responsible for demolition of buildings in its entirety, including concrete floor, foundation and footing. Contractor is responsible for properly disposing all demolition debris and for leaving ground smooth and leveled (grass seed or surface restoration is not required). Approximate area of all buildings is 4,800 square feet
