The contractor is required to secure all permits and perform all aspects of work necessary to demolish the existing (vacant) structure. This demolition will include the abatement of asbestos-containing building materials identified in accordance with the prepared and RI Department of Health (RIDOH) approved abatement plans, as well as closure of an abandoned fuel oil Underground Storage Tank (UST), and excavation and off-site disposal of total lead-impacted soils.
