Central Falls: Seeking to qualify vendors of demolition services undertake a variety of improvements projects within the next three (3) years. The City of Central Falls anticipates that the qualified firm or firms will be placed on a pre-qualified list of approved demolition contractors for no longer than a three (3) year period. The City anticipates qualifying three demolition contractors, but reserves the right to qualify more or less if, in its sole determination, it is in the best interest of the City. Any contracts awarded shall be per standard practice and procedure of the City of Central Falls purchasing agent. It is expected that the fee schedule included in the response will remain in effect for the three-year period Bids due 08/04
