Postal Service is soliciting proposals from pre-qualified contractors for the renovation of approximately 4,400 sq. ft. of existing space to be known as the new main post office located in Arroyo Grande CA. The work will include partial roof replacement. The project is to be completed in 120 days after notice to proceed. Estimated range is $750,000-$850,000. This is a leased facility.
