The Government is seeking firms interested in performance of the work listed below. General Contractors/Prime Contractors interested in and capable of performing the work stated are encouraged to respond. This announcement is Unrestricted, Open to both Large and Small Business. Project Description: The work consists of a whole house renovation of 122 existing housing units (61 duplexes) at Minot AFB, North Dakota. The work consists of renovating the existing Junior Non-Commissioned-Officer (JNCO) 3 and 4 Bedroom units to convert them to JNCO 2 Bedroom Modified units. Renovation will include internal floor plan changes, new finishes, cabinetry, fixtures, roofing, decking, HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical, communications, appliances, minor grading, landscaping, and miscellaneous site work. The general magnitude of the work is between $20,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. General Contractor/Prime Contractor Firms interested in performing the work are asked to submit the following information for review by the Government. 1. Provide a brief one or two page summary of your company and its composition. Also indicate your size standard based on NAICS Code 236118 ($31M). 2. Provide 2 or 3 project examples of work similar to that stated in the project description above within the parameters of range of magnitude stated above.
