Work includes but is not limited to general demolition, general construction, plumbing, HVAC and electrical (construction time frame for Bid Item 1 is 480 calendar days). BID ITEM 2: Perform all work as described in Bid Item 1 except delete work associated with removal and abatement of vinyl asbestos tile, as indicated in drawings and specifications (construction time frame for Bid Item 2 is 480 calendar days). BID ITEM 3: Perform all work as described in Bid Item 2 except delete work associated with Phase 4, as indicated in drawings and specifications (construction time frame for Bid Item 3 is 390 calendar days).
