Description of Requirement: Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses and permits required to remodel the Pine Knot CCC laundry building with associated utilities and miscellaneous items. Work consists of remodeling the Pine Knot laundry building to accommodate additional washers and dryers. The project includes miscellaneous selective demolition, cutting and patching, installation of concrete drain trough, plumbing, waste piping HVAC, electrical and natural gas piping. Other work includes miscellaneous items to provide a complete operating laundry facility. All work will be performed under a single contract bid. A site visit is highly recommended to verify the scope of the work, type of material required, and constraints of the existing building.
