The property is to be rough graded to a level condition. The existing trees on the property are to remain and shall not be damaged or removed unless they are deemed necessary by the Township and the Contractor for demolition of the structure. There are two (2) existing wells on the property: - Artesian well: Pump to be pulled, casing cut off and capped. - Hand dug well: Slab to be pulled and well filled.
