Work to be completed under three (3) Parts, each to include Demolition of Primary Structure and Outbuildings; Testing and Removal of Hazardous Waste; Removal of slabs, foundations, driveways, sidewalks, patios, etc.; Utility disconnection; Pumping and demolition of septic tanks; debris disposal; and site restoration by grading and promptly seeding and mulching all disturbed areas.
