This RFP is soliciting proposals from developers to do the following at the developers sole cost: 1.Demolition Demolishing the existing library building and for clearing the site and responsibly disposing of any sensitive materials at respondents sole cost. The City will ensure that the library has ceased operations prior to transfer of title to the selected developer; and 2.New Library Building a new library for the City. The new library must be either sold to the City, or leased back to the City for minimum of 99 years at nominal cost to the City; and 3.Affordable Housing Building affordable residential units above the library structure.
