Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission: (T00098) Property Management Services Mon/Fayette Expressway; PA Route 51 to I-376 in Monroeville. The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission will retain a consultant firm for a project specific Open-end agreement for the services indicated below: The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission requires a property management and demolition services contract for its Mon-Fayette Expressway, PA Route 51 to I-376 Project, limited to the design sections located south of the Monongehela River from PA Route 51 (Large, PA) to PA Route 887 (Duquesne, PA) (the "Project"). This includes design sections identified as Section 53-A, Section 53-B and Section 53-C. The project area is located entirely in Allegheny County and includes portions of the Borough of Jefferson Hills, West Mifflin Borough, City of Clairton, Borough of Dravosburg and the City of Duquesne. The overall property impacts for the Project are currently estimated to be 254; however, the number of property impacts are expected to change as final design progresses. The property management and demolition contract will include, but is not limited to, the following services: boarding and securing acquired dwellings and buildings; termination of utility services; lead and asbestos testing and surveys; demolition of all dwellings, structures and other improvements; trash and refuse removal; mowing and snow/ice removal; securing property perimeter and or ingress/egress points if necessary; and, general monitoring of the properties acquired. The firm will be responsible for directing and managing all property management and demolition services for properties acquired by the Commission from the date of possession until notice to proceed is given for construction. The firm may establish a field office and may utilize Commission owned property for that purpose with the Commission's approval
