The properties to be demolished are located in the Susquehanna River floodplain and were acquired by the Luzerne County Flood Protection Authority. Work shall consist of the following: The clearing and demolition of all existing structure(s) (i.e. buildings, homes, detached garages, septic systems, oil/fuel tanks, paved areas, driveways, etc.) on the indicated parcel(s) and the grading and seeding of all disturbed areas and all incidental work related thereto in a manner such that the impacted parcel(s) drain properly and can be mowed and maintained by the Township
