Flood Property Acquisitions Demolition project. Work for the Project generally entails demolition of thirteen Township-owned flooded residential properties as funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP). All structures, appurtenances, and utilities will be removed and disposed. The project includes asbestos-containing material abatement. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and tour of the properties will be held on Monday, June 24, 2013 at 1 P.M. Prevailing Time at the Township Building. Bids due 07/01
