--Demolish Buildings 4, 5, 25, 26, 27, 28 - Architect/Engineer contract for design services at the Lebanon VA Medical Center, Lebanon, PA for Project # 595-13-102: Demolish Buildings 4, 5, 25, 26, 27, 28. The contracted A/E firm shall provide a complete set of working architectural, electrical, infection control, phasing, and mechanical drawings with specifications (in both paper form and electronic form) for the project. The A/E will survey subject areas of the medical center and develop a bid package to renovate the identified area within the constraints of the construction budget. The focus of this project is to provide design and construction services to demolish six buildings from the Lebanon VA Medical Center campus. AE will assist the VA in navigating the proper paperwork and procedures prior to demolishing the buildings, and provide construction drawings for the demolition. Included in the designs, the A/E shall develop the necessary working drawings; contract specifications; phasing plans; final cost estimates for full and complete construction of this project. Estimated magnitude of A/E services is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated magnitude for construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bids due 10/08
