Maintenance Facility Improvements Project. The Work of this project includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials for the construction of a new bus maintenance, and bus storage facility and the demolition of two existing buildings on the site. The work will include excavation, concrete pavement, building construction, site lighting, drainage, utilities, signage, new office facilities, fleet maintenance including lift equipment and bus wash, diesel fuel storage tanks, sanitary waste tanks, rain gardens and fencing.
