Demolition Of Two Structures. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the demolition of two (2) structures located at Green Lane Park, 2144 Snyder Road, Green Lane, PA 18054, all in strict accordance with specifications. Structure 1 is a ranch house of approximately 2,000 sq. ft. with a concrete basement. The structure is in disrepair and has been vandalized. The oil tank in the basement has been completely pumped out of any old liquid. The tank should be removed as part of the demolition. Structure 2 is a 2-story, concrete block building of approximately 3,600 sq. ft. with a concrete floor. The concrete blocks may be used as backfill on-site. Any excess concrete blocks must be removed from site and disposed of in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The oil tank in the basement has been completely pumped out of any old liquid. The tank should be removed as part of the demolition. The heating unit has been removed. Bids due 01/17
