The project includes demolition, removal and proper disposal of the existing three story stone and frame farm house including foundations, basement floor and walls as well as the foundations, floor and walls of the Smith House Barn. An Asbestos Identification Survey has indentified the presence of asbestos in the flue lining of the house and the field stone and mortar associated with foundations. The project will include the removal and proper disposal of all asbestos materials including taking all removed asbestos whether friable or not to an approved asbestos disposal site.
