190' COMMUNICATIONS TOWER, SITE CONSTRUCTION & DECONSTRUCTION OF ONE ADJACENT TOWER. The County of Clinton is constructing one 190' Self-Support, Solid Leg, Class III Communications Tower and developing the site on DCNR property located at 1198 MT. Riansares Road, Lamar Twp., PA 17751. Additionally, one adjacent 200' self-support tower will need to be deconstructed and removed from the site. The site will be a raw land to finished compound project with the contractor expected to provide the tower, perform most of the work and sub contract a minimum of the work. It is expected that the contractor will provide all needed services, coordinate utilities and delivery and off loading of the tower. Bids due 06/03
