The properties to be demolished hereunder are located in Berwick Borough at the following locations: A. 344 North Vine Street B. 433 South Arch Street; C. 732-734 West Front Street; D. 1001 Pine Street; E. 1149 Chestnut Street and F. 315 Mulberry Street. Each property proposed for demolition will be bid separately and may be awarded to different Contractors. The Work comprises the demolition of structures and site restoration of six (6) properties and all appurtenances for a complete job in accordance with the Contract Documents. Asbestos inspections will be conducted on all properties by the Engineers Certified Asbestos Inspector except 732-734 West Front Street at the time of demolition, due to the dwellings being condemned
