Bethel Township: BETHEL TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL BUILDING demolition. This work will consist of the demolition of the existing single-story municipal building and site improvements for the construction of the new municipal building, in accordance with these project specifications and the referenced plans for the project. The Work also consists of furnishing all required materials (unless noted otherwise), equipment, tools, supervision, and labor necessary for and incidental to the site improvements as indicated in the Contract Documents including, but not limited to, earthwork, utilities, pavement, curbing, sidewalks, site lighting, detention pond construction, erosion and sediment control facilities, pad grading, etc. This includes an approximate areas of 14,800 SF of asphalt paving, 830 SF of concrete sidewalk, and 920 LF of concrete curb.
