BASE BID This work will include the remediation, demolition, removal and backfill of the six story Penn-Lincoln Hotel structure. This work includes the remediation of hazardous materials, the demolition and removal of the structure, landscaping, sidewalks, traffic control, utility termination, the crushing and reuse of concrete and masonry material, the placement of structural backfill material with site remediation and maintenance, as required.
