Washington County: Demolition of the Main Exhibit Hall for the Washington County Fair Complex. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Tear down structure, remove debris, and return area to leveled gravel of Main Exhibit Hall located at 873 NE 34th Avenue, Hillsboro, OR 97124. Contractor shall remove structure, break up and remove existing concrete and asphalt surfaces, remove all debris, backfill area with dirt, and overlay and roll with compacted 2" gravel. The intent is to return the area to a leveled, graveled surface without hazards or debris. Project must be completed no later than May 31, 2018.
