The Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs (CTWS) is accepting qualification, experience and cost proposals from licensed firms with the experience and expertise to demolish 8 structures which contain asbestos and lead paint. Some of the buildings were built in the early 1930s and some have been abandoned since 1970s. There are also some underground tanks that need to be removed. The proposer must be Oregon licensed asbestos and lead abatement contractors. The estimated range for this project is between $400,000 and $800,000
